Waterfall Garden Tour
One of Costa Rica’s most popular destinations, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, near the Poas Volcano, offers five stunning waterfalls and walking trails that wind past the country’s biggest Butterfly Observatory, through gardens swarming with vivid hummingbirds, to the cloud forest, ending in sweeping views of the waterfalls.
Cacao Ceremony + Sound Bath
Cacao is known to the Ancient Mayan culture as the ‘Food of the Gods’. A cacao ceremony is a beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level and with those sharing the journey alongside you. Co-facilitator and Medicine Woman Vasiliki Lagoudis will lead a sacred Cacao Ceremony creating an opportunity for deep healing, intention setting, self love and transformation. Ceremonial cacao refers to the highest quality, most pure, unheated, unprocessed part of the cacao bean. Think of it as sacred hot chocolate but it isn’t sweet and it has incredible healing properties. It is organically and sustainably grown where local indigenous growers and communities are supported, ethically and generously.
Hot Springs Adventure
Like most excursions in Costa Rica, part of the adventure is just getting there. Participants will cross the central mountain range—a unique opportunity– to reach their destination. After a short hike through a secondary and primary growth forest, you will discover the Hot Springs in the heart of the rainforest. Relax and immerse yourself in seven warm, healing volcanic hot springs pools. The mineral-rich waters with therapeutic copper-salt have profound healing properties and will help restore and improve your natural energy levels. A delicious lunch follows.

Delicious dishes are lovingly prepared from fresh local produce and regional purveyors. Served buffet-style in our inviting dining hall, all meals feature both North American and Costa Rican vegetarian, fish and chicken dishes to tempt your taste buds and nourish your body and soul. We also can accommodate specialty diets with advanced notice.

Complimentary coffee, tea, alkaline water and filtered water are available throughout the day. It is also the place for fresh smoothies, and custom-blended chai and turmeric elixirs.

- We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
